MATHESON WHITELEY is a London based architectural studio established by Donald Matheson and Jason Whiteley in 2012.

The studio has recently completed a number of projects including a new live/work studio for the designers Max Lamb and Gemma Holt, a canal-side atelier for the fashion label Peter Pilotto in East London and new exhibition spaces, office and storage facilities for the gallery Stuart Shave Modern Art.

Projects currently in planning or construction include four new studios for a group of artists in Homerton, the residential redevelopment of a warehouse building in Hackney, a feasibility study for the Science Museum's new Space Gallery and the design of a 20’000 sqm media company workplace within Sea Containers House, the former river-side hotel designed by Richard Seifert in South Bank. The practice is also working with the artist Ryan Gander on his plans to establish a residential art school in Suffolk.
