LXS Concept

LXS Concept emerged within the Group, whose main business vector construction. The interdisciplinary team signs root projects and technical monitoring of national and international projects, converted to wood construction structures.

Since then, interest in modular construction is sine qua non in the development projects of all kinds, from modular homes and single-family houses to apartment buildings, hotels and commercial spaces.

In LXS Concept, in order to accelerate the construction process has been an important milestone in its distinction. Concern about the timings and logistics costs lead each project to a minute detail both in the own design of each work, whether in the building process.

The LXS Concept has partnerships of construction materials and coatings companies in innovation and high performance order. In addition to the coatings, structural elements related to the thermal and acoustic coefficients are also a major concern in the projects. Recently, look to partners with universities of Minho and Aveiro, in the field of engineering, have been an asset in the development of construction methods praising the quality of the structural systems as well as the thermal qualities of each designed building. Thus, from the frames of systems to the insulation panels, through the energy equipment maintenance, each building block is detailed and tailored to each work.

The office operates directly with the production plant, sharing common knowledge, adapting the designs and the rigor of project technical evidence of the hand labor specialized in the assembly of panels and wooden beams. The buildings are made in real time project, meaning excellent cooperation between architects, engineers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, business, etc. The international works are followed in real time via the internet, while maintaining a direct relationship between the designer and the performer in the work. As much of the works performed in studio, modules such as bathrooms are sent to the destination completely finished and ready to use, which exponentiation profitability in hotel projects, for example.
