Aria Hotels is a small family-owned boutique hotel & villas company that offers holidaymakers authentic Greek hospitality and the ultimate in simple, effortless charm. We have several properties and a small collection of island villas, all in exceptional destinations chosen to appeal to the discerning traveller looking for a secret hideaway in Greece.
The Windmill hotel, on the tiny volcanic island of Kimolos in the Cyclades islands remains one of the few traditional windmill restorations in Greece. Off the beaten track, it is a truly magical escape. Newly upgraded Milaki, just a few minutes’ walk from Kimolos’s port offers six rooms and is the perfect option for holidaymakers who want simple, spotless accommodation with an accent on value, while retaining the authentic rural charm of Kimolos. We have two beautiful beach houses on Kimolos: Thalassa is an intimate hideaway yet features modern facilities and services, while Bonatsa, just a few steps from the water’s edge, comprises four beautiful, newly furnished rooms, each with direct beach access.
On the island of Crete we have four properties: the first is the Alcanea Boutique Hotel in the heart of the historic town of Chania. It has eight rooms, many with a view of the ancient harbour, and a charming café and wine bar. Just outside the town, in the village of Gavalohori, we have two serviced cottages that combine the privacy of a holiday villa with a range of services and amenities delivered by the Aria team: the recently restored Villa Athermigo accommodates parties of up to ten while the enchanting Critamo Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to five. Scalani Hills is a perfect escape for wine lovers and is set among seven hectares of vineyards and olive trees within the Βoutari Winery just outside the village of Skalani, in Heraklion. Our traditional cottage on the estate comprises three beautifully decorated holiday residences.
