MOLD architects

Their practice integrates research, architecture, landscape, advanced computational design, parametric design, graphic and interior design. In 2011 MOLD architects initiate the “serifosproperties” residential development project. MOLD architects work has been widely published in specialized academic reviews and exhibited in group exhibitions. They have received, various Awards and distinctions including the SADAS PEA (Association of Greek Architects)2014 AWARD / Best Greek project for the years 2009-2013 / the “DOMES 2014 Award”/Best first building by a young architect of the years 2009-2013 / Nomination for the “Piransi Award” and the “Mies Van Der Rohe Award 2015.

On 2011 MOLD architects initiate the “serifosproperties” residential development project.
On a 106 acres sea shore property, divided in 19 individual properties, MOLD architects have designed 9 unique luxury villas for sale. The construction of their first project (property 5) was completed on 2013 and has received various awards and distinctions.

MOLD ’ s vision for thε development is the the juxtaposition of traditional concepts and contemporary syntax by weaving expressions of heritage and history into a modern vocabulary, thus the creation of a humane Architecture which promotes an ongoing dialogue with the natural landscape. The inspired Architectural concepts in combination with the amazing view, the direct access to the sea, the proximity with two unique beaches and the island's main village consist a Mediterranean landscape of indescribable beauty, suitable for habitation.
