What used to be the ‘Planungsbuero’ is now W2 Manufaktur

W2 Manufaktur makes its debut in 2011, building on the vast experience of its managers and team. Alfred Waltl and Nicole Waltl Piffer are at the helm, with the goal of expanding on past success and seeking out new and unique challenges.

As a partner in the ‘Planungsbuero’ (Planning Office) in Zell am See, master builder Alfred Waltl oversaw a multitude of hotel, office, residential and auxiliary construction projects. Among those are the fabulous Bergdorf Priesteregg resort, the Leogang Mountain Tram, and the impressive Mitterer Sports Store.

Nicole has put her keen eye for design and detail to use in homes and offices throughout Austria and her services are increasingly in demand abroad as well. In addition, her unique sense of style is sought afer by the finest regional hotels including the forsthofalm and Salzburgerhof.

A master builder with 22 years of experience joins forces with an interior designer with a decade of artistic and design know how. It’s the ideal combination for a new and dynamic venture in Leogang. W2 Manufaktur – Architecture’ Art’ and Lifestyle’ – joined as one.
