EMC is now the result of fusing: EMC, founded by Eva Hinds in 2003, and design department of ORG Arquitectura y Construcción, founded by Anita Olivares and Francisco Ramirez in 2001 (Now ORG Construcciones – EMC). This alliance made each company to focus on its strengths. The architecture teams of both companies were unified under EMC, letting ORG focus on construction.

Since its inception in 2003, EMC seeks to elevate design. We have the belief that every project must have a reason of being that derives from a strong concept. Our mission has always been to make the process a different experience, as a result our clients always return with new projects. We have an excellent team of architecture and management, who are aware of the trust our clients place on us.

EMC has been recognized because of its residential projects but now has expanded into commercial and corporative branches, obtaining prices in such projects in national and international competitions, as well as publications in different media. Currently we are gaining international reputation and have developed projects in Costa Rica, Canada and other countries.
