AAVP - Vincent Parreira Atelier Architecture

Vincent Parreira settled down the office aavp architecture in 2000 in Paris, back from a stay in Brazil due to a grant (Envers des villes AFAA). "Because of the financial crisis, I left the country, then I picked up a premises in Paris where I get my business started. From extensions to ends of garages, my will was to build.". Then, architecture became a learning tool, a support for self-expression, for cultural and social involvment, for political participation, the whole without concession.

With 15 architects, a management assistant and a communication executive officer, aavp architecture office wants, as a vocation, to develop projects of new constructions, extension, rehabilitation and fitting-out, exploring as well the housing environment, the equipment, as the business or the tertiary sector.

We can quote as well the realization of projects like RAG (Hall of residence André de Gouveia) in the Cité Internationale of Paris, TINO - the construction of the school complex Cristino Garcia in Saint Denis (93), or the construction of a retail park, « L'ATOLL » in Angers (49).

Thus, the agency acquired a solid experience in small and average scale projects . Showing craze, investment and imagination, our team combines passion with professionalism. Moreover, it multiplies the success in competitions as well as the constructions with at present " The atoll ", retail park dedicated to house furniture, and Vincent Parreira's most ambitious project, in association with Antonio Virga, old and great friend.
