POTESTIO STUDIO

POTESTIO STUDIO is a design practice dedicated to fusing the timeless values
of harmony, proportion, economy and beauty with modern materials,
technologies and programmatic requirements. For more than twenty years,
founder Richard Potestio has developed designs ranging from residences and
multi-family projects to schools and health care facilities with the goal of serving
the needs of both client and society.

For each project, Richard Potestio assembles a team of consultants, contractors
and fabricators who are vested in a collaborative process with the client to arrive
at simple, elegant, achievable solutions.

The process begins with imagination, based on the client’s site and ideas and
culminates in a comprehensive set of construction documents that will facilitate
efficient communication and execution

Richard Potestio oversees all facets of the work from conceptual design to
construction. He works closely with the contractors and fabricators to ensure that
the final produce adheres to the original intent.
