Architecture Firm Lethbridge / Canada
One One Ten was founded by architect Spencer Court on the first day of January, 2010. Our name is the moniker or time-code of that calendar date. Our experience crosses various scales of complexity, size and building typology in the professional disciplines of architecture, environmental design, urbanism and planning. Our atelier attempts to address emerging challenges of our time in urban places, regional landscapes and communities. Our design process and method is to explore new themes of architectural theory, research and forms of collaboration through armatures of built and un-built work.
As a growing collective, our work pursues opportunities to collaborate with experts from mixed disciplines who enable architecture to enrich, re-interpret and create transformative exchanges that realize the potential of each unique project. Our projects attempt to situate new architectural solutions and experiences within urban, rural and even wilderness environments that emerge from their specific context and place. Our projects are also deliberate responses to diverse cultural and social landscapes situated in the public realm of various growth centres.
One One Ten is an emerging force for architecture and urbanism in western Canada.
