Otto Architects LLC provides architecture, interior design, sustainable design, product and furniture design, and graphic design services for a variety of both public and private clientele. Our design approach is one that intensely scrutinizes each project’s context, resulting in design responses that will not necessarily portray a single style representative of the firm. These projects are instead defined by their focused design explorations and attention to detail in all phases of design and construction.

Our wide-ranging experience includes all types of single and multi-family residential construction, adaptive reuse projects, commercial and office interiors, restaurant, retail, institutional projects, signage, and product design. This typological variety affords the firm the comfort of moving freely between project types and scales, while quickly adapting to meet the specific needs of each of our clients.

Our commitment to sustainable design and building practices is pervasive throughout our work. Projects respond to their specific environments through attention to site environmental impact, high-performance building envelopes, quality indoor environments, and the conservation of water & energy resources. Regardless of whether “green” is a stated project goal, we will intuitively design to the highest degree of sustainability that your project allows.
