STUDIO 17,5 is a full-service architectural and planning firm, established as a private limited company in 2001 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

STUDIO 17,5 is managed by 6 partners - Milena Nanova, Plamen Nanov, Plamen Mihaylov, Jordan Likov, Doncho Donchev and Teofana Doncheva. In 2006, the company grows and 2 more branches are established - STUDIO 17,5-M Ltd. and STUDIO 17,5-C Ltd.

STUDIO 17,5-M is a private partnership between Milena Nanova and Plamen Mihaylov, established in 2006 in Sofia. Both of them are leading architects in the company as well as full time lecturers in the Housing Department of the Architectural Faculty (UACEG) in Sofia. There are currently ten permanent employees in the office - 2 principals and leading designers, 5 architects, 1 interior designer and 2 members of administrative staff.

STUDIO 17,5-M has broad international experience as e result of being involved in many joint projects with foreign companies from the UK (Benoy, Hok), USA (Laguarda Low), Israel (MYS), Germany (ECE, Acerplan), Sweden (Equator Stockholm) and other. In all these projects, our company played the role of leading local designer and coordinator of the whole team. We provided full assistance and consulting to the international designers from the beginning of the design development phase on through construction drawings and construction administration phases. This includes building codes and local regulations, fire code, health and safety code, accessibility, construction technologies, etc. Our involvement was different in every specific project – from consultation to construction drawings and site supervision. All our consultants speak fluent English and we are able to communicate in this language and provide bilingual drawings and documents.
