Francesca Nuti and Alessandro Pretini studied architecture at University of Florence, where they got their degree. In 1989 they started to work together, entrusted to design some exhibition stands. In January 2001 they founded the Nuti & Pretini Architetti Associati Design Company. They have always worked within different levels and aspects of their professional activity, such as interior, industrial, advertising, and exhibition design and organization. Working with companies in business all over the world, they are used to managing the manufactoring process from concept to production, knowledgeable of technologies and materials. In the last years, the Company has focused on architectural, urban and landscape design, and several important contracts with some Local Public Entities of Florence and its surroundings have been signed. They are also working with private customers, developing properties and designing buildings of every dimension. Francesca Nuti and Alessandro Pretini also believe that their cultural and professional growth also derives from a continuous exchange of experience with other architects, so they have always taken part in national and international design competitions. Facing modern challanges of the global market, Nuti & Pretini Architetti associati is currently involved in projects within Africa (South Africa, Ghana and Liberia) and Qatar.
