1:1 arquitetura:design is a Brazilian office of Architecture and Interior Design. Founded in 2012 by the Architects Eduardo Sáinz and Lilian Glayna,

The eclecticness of the design collection is awarded and internationally recognized; with a project listed among the 50 most popular houses in the world in 2017, won the CasaCLAUDIA 2016 prize, interior design, was a finalist for the "Building of the Year" award in 2018, received special recognition from the Reference, Art Gallery, by the close connection of their project work with Art. 1:1 has projects published in more than 50 countries and periodically is interviewed as a content generator in the area for national and international newspapers and magazines. The office maintains a close relation with academic areas, participates in lectures, furums, juri, mentoring, curatorships, among others.

The design line is authorial and eclectic, roaming freely between minimalism, industrial, midcentury or even modern.

The project developed by 1: 1 is always unique, presenting technical solutions, functional and unique for the situation. Sensitivity in client reading is always the first guideline, followed by a thorough analysis and a complete interactive presentation in virtual reality has been a combination of success, followed by a rigorous monitoring of work and production of technical documentation.

Currently the office designs for clients inside and outside the Brazilian territory. And always in partnership with local offices according to UIA standards.
