The State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Research and Design Institute for Culture, Leisure, Sports and Health Care Buildings” (GUP MNIIP “Mosproject-4”) is one of the directing agencies of the Moscow Committee for Architecture.
The institute was established in 1968. It specializes in designing the most important social projects in Moscow: institutions of culture, health care, sports, trade, dwelling and commercial complexes.
