ArC2

ArC2 is an architect practice operating, predominantly, on a domestic market. Our team consists of 25 persons. We design residential housing, office blocks and public-use buildings. The company has won many prizes in architectural competitions and best accomplished construction competitions. Several exhibitions, presentations and publications confirm the sound standing of our practice in the professional environment. The firm was established in 1990 as a limited liability company. Its shareholders - Mariusz Szlachcic, Dorota Szlachcic and Renata Gajer - and the group of partners - Małgorzata Długosz, Wojciech Napierała i Ryszard Machoń - constitute a stable and experienced core team, capable of forwarding unique and inspiring solutions. First prizes awarded at the international Africarium-Oceanarium and Congress-Hotel Centre in Wrocław competitions, awarded Pod Skrzydłami, Park Ołtaszyn and Wall St. House housing estates as well as two Grand Prix of the President of Wrocław prove that ArC2 meets highest standards both in the conceptual and construction supervision areas. Accomplishment of ArC2 designed investments like editorial seat of Gazeta Wyborcza in Wrocław, E. Leclerc and ZPM ”Tarczyński” shopping centres, the latter being one of the most modern in Europe show our flexibility and drive to meet complex, interesting challenges. For more than ten years Fabryka Projektowa has been involved in property development activities. So far, we have successfully accomplished seven investments. That shows that focus on unique design combined with meticulous and uncompromising approach to project accomplishment could result in commercial success.
