Triptyque Arquitetura

Triptyque is a French-Brazilian Architecture office created in 2000 by Grégory Bousquet, Carolina Bueno, Guillaume Sibaud and Olivier Raffaelli, graduated from the École d’Architecture Paris-La-Seine.

Established in São Paulo and in Paris since 2008, Triptyque faces the creation of tools, raises questions and works in order to modify the evolution of the urban and the contemporary construction.
Laureated in 2008 with the NAJA, a prize given by the French Ministry of Culture to the most prominent names in the young architectural scene in France, the office received the 1st Prize of the Architecture Biennale of São Paulo in 2009, and the 1st Prize of the Zumtobel Award in 2010.

Triptyque set itself apart with projects such as the Fidalga 727, the Harmonia 57 and the Colombia 325 buildings, showcased in Venice at the Architecture Biennale in 2008, within the “Optimiste” exhibition at the French Pavilion and in 2010 and 2012 at the AFEX prize exhibition.

Triptyque has also been invited to take part in the 2009 Biennale of Hong Kong/Shenzhen with the Creatures installation, to exhibit at the Guggenheim Museum New York in 2010 within the “Contemplating the Void” exhibition, and in London, at the London Festival of Architecture 2010 with “Swarming Futures” and at the Victoria & Albert Museum with “1:1”.

Triptyque´s work offers multiple narratives and multiple readings. From the core of the office´s architecture practice emerges the coexistence of divers fields of knowledge and experience, the dissolving of commonly accepted repertoires, lingos, disciplines and formats, and the merging of all these into one cohesive, yet faceted work.
