The firm specializes in restructuring and redeveloping former industrial sites to transform them into new business and residential space. The team gained its expertise through design development and project management for a number of buildings and large-scale industrial sites. Its extensive experience in project management at construction sites provides the team also with solid plan development skills and strong project management capabilities. The team also supports its customers for feasibility studies and real estate operations concerning both business and residential projects. Our approach to architecture design for renovations is to preserve the "soul" of the place. The signs of the history and the flow of the time on the structures has to be clearly perceived in a re-developed space to keep the memory of the space. They have to be fitted with the modern uses and technologies and revitalized in new spatial distributions. Our passion is the research of the best solution in plan, only later we could dedicate to details. The firm has worked in partnership with the international architecture firm WORK ARCHITECTS on Milan-based projects and on those of interior design. Our Milan office benefits from the support of professionals from their headquarter in Bolzano, Italy, and from the architectural design production center in Mendoza, Argentina. The Milan team worked on the opening of the WORK ARCHITECTS’ new affiliate office in Bucharest, Romania.
