Binome

Binome, French design studio for the creation of indoor and outdoor furniture and sculptures, was founded by Ingrid Michel and Frédéric Pain, after a common course at the Parisian Boulle in wood carving, fields of cinema and contemporary art. The design studio is situated in the region of Burgundy, "voluntarily far from the Parisian turbulences". The whole manufacturing process takes place in France. Nature is at the heart of the designers' inpiration which gathers mineral or vegetal organic forms: Binome's products combine raw wood and a huge amount of color variations in order to create interior design pieces, among which chairs, desks and bedside tables. Binome's designs are bespoke or limited edition.
