TRANSFORM

TRANSFORM is a cosmopolitan architecture office, based in the Marais near Bastille place, in Paris Created in 2005, it groups together Benoit Imbert, Jean-François Py & Francesco Iaccarino Idelson who met during their project manager process within big architecture agencies in Paris (such as Jean Nouvel, Valode et Pistre, Reichen et Robert, Manuelle Gautrand, Architecture Studio). Their gathering in TRANSFORM group is based on a long friendship and a real professional complementarity TRANSFORM‘s approach gives advantage to several work axis : - the respect of client expectations with a great attention on the program. - a constant thought about uses - a focus the link of the buildings with the city and the landscape -the consideration of constructive aspects, application details, materials and fabrication confines - the precision in the work process, the cost control and the delays. TRANSFORM‘s field of practice are multiple : - collective housings - individual housings - tertiary - industrial buildings - educational buildings - shops While working on big projects of offices, housings or public buildings for demanding clients (Ministère de l’Intérieur, Ministère de la Défense, Ambassade de Norvège, Hermès, Nexity, Espacil, UBISOFT, public community, SEM), TRANSFORM decided to continue working on extensions and rehabilitations of individual housing, tertiary buildings, thus structuring its approach of a real sensitivity for details, an extensive knowledge of constructive process and use questions. The project of wood collective housings in ZAC Borderouge Nord Ilot 4.1 in Toulouse, the restructuration of Immobilière 3F headquarters in Paris, as well as the construction of Sonils lifebase in Luanda (Angola) or the new canine Brigade of Nanterre for the French Ministry of the Interior, allow them to reach a new dimension and to work with more diversified public and private clients. In addition to their permanent contributors, Benoit Imbert, Jean-François Py & Francesco Iaccarino have gathered a team of architects with diversified skills with who they usually work, in a spirit of network and exchange.
