Boutique de Arquitectura [Sonotectura + Refaccionaria] is an architecture and urbanism firm based in Mexico City. The firm is headed by two Mexican architects from the Technological Institute of Superior Studies of Monterrey (ITESM). As a company dedicated to the design and construction of spaces, it seeks to satisfy its customers through innovative, unique, functional and world class projects. Boutique de Arquitectura is committed with the community, developing urban projects that seek constant improvement of human and spatial quality. Similarly, this commitment extends to customers and investors by offering projects that merge various branches of specialization. The firm also offers specialization in areas such as Urban Development, Marketing, Finance and Legal Framework, which together enhance the quality of the result. The firm is based on two conceptual components; Sonotectura, directed by architect Luis Farfán and Refaccionaria, led by architect Alejandro Chávez Delgado.
