Why Ecotono? Ecotono a transition area between two different environments. It is where two communities meet and integrate themselves. Ecotono is a continue tension towards change and progess. Ecotono is motivation towards improvement and renewal. The word “ecotone” was coined from a combination of eco(logy) plus -tone, from the Greek tonos or tension. In other words it is a place where ecologies are in tension. The “Ecotono” represents a physical transition zone between two different but very active spaces. But what Ecotoners need? 1) A useful and usable product 2) A product which improves and simplifies our life 3) An eco-friendly product 4) A multitasking product 5) A design- oriented product 6) A product designed for us and which represents an innovation for our lives
