Mini Condos | Eco-friendly Property Developer

Mini Condos is a responsible eco-friendly developer, based in Tivat - Montenegro.
We focus on small scale, low density & high quality projects with a high respect for the environment and for the end users' health.
Our projects are based in the beautiful UNESCOs protected Kotor Bay in Montenegro.

The idea to develop this concept of smaller / compact apartments is new to Montenegro.

For our Mini Condos™ designs, we are working inside-out. The interiors of the apartments are being designed first to make sure every square meter is being used to the maximum, and the envelope of the building is designed next. This is also an unusual approach by architects who are usually more focused on the outside look of their Designs, than in the interior architecture, which results in many badly designed interiors, and this is particularly true in Montenegro for all types of surfaces, but obviously the smaller the space, the more important is a good layout.

After developing large luxury units overlooking the Bay, then 3 Mini Condos residences, we have decided to develop a new project on several locations in the country, called My Tiny House. Once again, while respecting the nature, we are going to create functional space while building small houses surrounded with nature.
