Different living means different housing, and coodo does exactly that. coodo is a series of compact, modular dwellings that can be shipped and installed nearly anywhere in the world at any time. Gregor Kosem founded coodo, contemporary living in 2011 together with his partner Simon Bajt, an architect with whom he had worked with over several years. During the past three years Gregor’s focus narrowed on small, innovative and integral architectural design, with a special consideration on new forms of living that come with contemporary lifestyles and demands new perspectives on housing. Gregor’s goal with coodo, contemporary living, was to combine contemporary design and innovative technical solutions with concepts of modularity and mobility to create architecture that meets the high demands of modern society and brings nature closer to people. At the end of 2012, Gregor met Mark Dare Schmiedel, which resulted in a fruitful partnership and joined efforts in selling coodo units and it’s mobile living concept all over the globe. LTG Lofts to go is the manufacturer of the coodo series. The company is now presenting coodos on a worldwide scale by offering distribution rights to qualified candidates.
