Shaun Clarkson

Shaun Clarkson has been designing interiors since the late eighties. In the early days Shaun designed some of the first modern bar and club concepts in London; places like the Raw Club and Denim, POP and Atlantic Bar. Shaun is widely recognised as one of the true pioneers of the modern UK hospitality business and his creative style and vision have created venues that have shaped the industry. The media have paid constant attention to Shaun's creations with reviews in many UK and international publications. the Sunday Times, the Guardian, the Independent, Elle Deco and Time Out have all featured his work on a regular basis. Shaun's design projects in London over the last two decades includes an impressive list of bars, nightclubs and restaurants including Odette's in Primrose Hill, POP in Soho, Electric Birdcage and Pigalle in Piccadilly, and Cheyne Walk Brasserie in Chelsea. Recently Shaun created the highly acclaimed Perrier Jouet Champagne Bar for Harvey Nichols that attracted huge media attention and a nomination in the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards 2010. Also for Harvey Nichols, the iconic OXO Tower bar has just received the Clarkson treatment with a stunning new design scheme.
