ARC-ML is an architectural practice that specialises in masterplanning. Recent development locations include Berlin, Bucharest, Delft, Gdynia, London, Riga, Sofia and Warsaw. Sites include urban waterfront, urban marginal, and brownfield redevelopment. With offices in Berlin and London, ARC-ML provides local support across Europe. We build teams that meet client requirements in terms of language and culture as well as planning and design skills. Architect Michael Lees founded ARC-ML in Berlin in 2004. ARC-ML has undertaken numerous, significant masterplanning projects in Europe. The UK office opened in 2009 located in Tunbridge Wells near London. In the UK a masterplanning project of note is Strand East, adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Site.
