[ENG] Mies van der Rohe, the father of minimalism in architecture, summarized this design philosophy in two sentences: "Less is more" and "God is in the details”.Meaning you design what is not to be seen, to show what is beyond what is built. That is, create basics elements and simple relationships between these elements, hiding the technical solutions, withdrawing importance from the materials, giving the leading role to the meanings: in and out, light and dark, opaque and transparent, hot and cold, singular and plural, static and dynamic. Everything that architecture can express but cannot be built.
