andia Strom is a leading Greek mattress manufacturing company that was founded in 1973, and since then has enjoyed dynamic growth in the industry. In 1980, Candia Strom acquired its own factory in Spata, Athens. There, its 4,000-square-metres factory boasts the latest technology, setting new standards for the manufacture of mattresses and associated products. Candia Strom also keeps up to date with the latest developments in the sector, constantly investing in new advanced equipment that helps protect the environment, improves employee performance and at the same time promotes increased automation to the factory. The company currently employs 120 people in its various departments, all of whom are fully trained and educated. We also ensure that their skills are constantly updated and that they remain informed about any technological developments in the industry. We now produce more than 20 types of anatomic and orthopaedic mattresses for personal residence and business accomodations, as well as beds, mattress pads, pillows and bedroom furniture.
