In 1978 there followed the setting up of the civil engineer's office of Spirk of DI Wilhelm Spirk. During the following years building projects were planned above all for public clients in Salzburg and Upper Austria in the locations Salzburg and Steyr and were dealt with. Great building projects in the structural engineering and infrastructure area required a current enlargement of the coworking class. At the beginning of 1995 the civil engineer's office became on account of the changed civil technician's law in a civil technician's company m. b. H. converted. DI Wilhelm Spirk involved two long-standing employees, DI Helmut Halbritter and DI Konrad Reichard, as a partner in the company.
