51-1 Fiftyone-one is an architectural office based in Peru (51), Lima (1). The team is run by Cesar Becerra, Fernando Puente Arnao and Manuel de Rivero. In 2006, they founded 51-1 with the project Multivacaciones. Followed all kind and size of commissions, notably housing projects like Infinium Golf, Shamrock El Polo and Chiclayo 862; seaside resort Paracas Lagoon; the multitudinary Mistura Gastronomic Fair; commercial projects like BBVA bank in La Molina or NM Lima Hotel; or houses like Spiral Garden House, Snake House, and Pachamanca House. In 2007, journal 2G Dossier (Spain) selected 51-1 among the 30 emergent offices from Ibero-America. Though, Its major success abroad came with their winning-entry at the international competition for the Museum of Modern Art in Medellin (Colombia), its ground break is expected on 2013.
