Graduated in 2001 at Faculdade de Belas Artes in São Paulo - Brazil , Billy Scatena had collaborated with major offices such as the landscape architect Luciano Fiaschi and Ciro Pirondi , one of the founders of the Escola da Cidade at São Paulo. In Ciro´s Pirondi office, he participated in contests and different projects where he developed his talent for perception and contemporary designs of the modernist perspective.
