The refined interior design project by Inside Out Architecture comes inside an intricate and “rough” concrete structure. Warner House is situated within the spaces of an old disused factory in London's Clerkenwell area, a part of London which is reported to have the highest concentration of architects and building professionals in the world.

The space is divided into two areas, a large and bright open space that includes a kitchen and living room and the sleeping area separated by a mobile wall system that divides the structure without modifying the original one.

The lighting system inside the living room develops over a metal band that plays with the design of the ceiling beams.
