Ponte Morandi, un modello?

Oggi inaugura il Nuovo Ponte di Genova.

Molti in questi mesi lo hanno definito un Modello a cui guardare per sbloccare le catene che imprigionano il Sistema degli Appalti in Italia.
Ma la deroga è una norma pensata per gestire il secondo principio di "non corruzione". Sistema degli Appalti, uno dei principali motori economici del Paese, è piuttosto lontano pensare che probabilmente proprio il presupposto che regola principalmente queste norme non è corretto.
Al contrario, dobbiamo essere la Tutela dell'Interesse Comune il principio su cui basare nuovi e diversi modelli di sviluppo, sia per il mondo delle Costruzioni che per diversi altri ambiti di Rilancio del nostro Paese. In questo senso, solo in questo senso il Ponte di Genova può essere considerato un Modello.
Il vero modello a cui guardare è però tutto da costruire.
Non basare la norma che regola gli Appalti sul presupposto di Illecito, ma piuttosto sulla massima apertura a principi di concorrenza, competenza ed esperienza, ad esempio, consetirebbe a molti professionisti ed imprese di voler dimostrare il proprio Valore competitivo sul merito.
