The new Herzog & De Meuron Architekten designed Basel Exhibition Center will play host to the eighth edition of Design Miami/ Basel from June 11-16. It is an international roster of nearly fifty historic and contemporary galleries from thirteen countries, alongside the fair’s cutting edge cultural programming, in Hall 1 Süd, part of the new permanent exhibition hall in Basel’s Messe. This year there will be an enhanced gallery selection, showing museum-quality works spanning five centuries of design, accompanied by a rich cultural programming of site-specific commissions, performances, awards and talks.
