The third edition of INGLASS is about glass and glass construction, architecture and engineering, façade systems and solar energy. INGLASS 2013 addresses the entire glass industry, architects, engineers, glass producers, processors, equipment providers.
It is structured as a conference and exhibition with the general topics of glass architecture and engineering, energy efficiency and sustainability. It also includes plenary sessions, specialized sections and exhibition. The conference audience will be made up of architects, structural engineers, glass producers, processors and specialized companies.
This year's main special guest speaker is Prof. Wolf D Prix, the co-founder, Design Principal and CEO of COOP HIMMELB(L)AU, Austria, who recently celebrated his 70th birthday.
Coop Himmelb(l)au recently completed the Dalian International Conference Center in China, a 146,000 sqm convention centre. The aluminium plated “seashell” which includes an Opera House and an exhibition centre.
