The most important event in Southeast Europe within the furniture design, production and distribution, the 54th International Fair of Furniture, Equipment and Interior Decoration, with the 54th International Fair of Woodworking Machinery, Tools and Production Materials gathers furniture manufacturers, distributers, engineers, designers, architects and general publics.
The last year’s Furniture Fair made a conception step forward in all significant sections, from design quality rising, through the orientation to business, up to the great communication change, owing to the design studio Peter Gregson. This year’s edition focuses the business section and the companies oriented to design, innovations, quality and furniture operativeness.
The new Fair conception is confirmed by return of large global companies as Furniture Fair exhibitors, but also joining of the renowned global brands. This year, the Fair will be attended for the first time by some of the outstanding and big design oriented companies, among them also the famous Italian companies ALIVAR and Segis. Much more regional companies will exhibit, but also respected designers from the whole Europe.
The Fair as the meeting point of the experts in the furniture design, manufacturing and distribution and similar economic branches attempts to keep the leading role in the affirmation of all furniture industry factors.
The exhibiting space of 55,000 sq. m. will be attended by more than 45 countries, i.e. more than 520 exhibitors. More than 12,000 professionals will get together at the Fair and more than 85, 000 visitors are expected there.
During the Fair, the visitors will be able to see the Young Designer Exhibition, gathering young and fresh authors, for their promotion and affirmation.
At the event end, the international jury will award the Golden Key awards to the most successful exhibitors at this year’s Fair.
An innovation at this year’s Fair are Design Talks, i.e. discussions with designers and architects during the Fair.
