Teresa Sapey is an Italian architect resident in Madrid, one of the most promising interior designers in the world. Her office has designed the restoration of this great loft in Bordeaux.

Situated in a former garage in an industrial district of Bordeaux, this house has been completely renovated and divided into two main areas: a public one where guests can be welcomed and a more private one.

The first includes a large kitchen, a spectacular wine cellar and guest rooms. The "private" space is made up of a large living room lined with bookshelves and an interior courtyard.

The area is crossed by the connections that lead from the indoor swimming pool to the gym and then to the bathroom, which in turn leads to the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is also an area with a pool table overlooking the living room.
