On occasion of their first major solo show in France, Bivouac, the Bouroullecs present their exhibition catalogue.
This 100-page book has been a collaborative project published by the Centre Pompidou-Metz. A select group of authors participated to write original texts, namely architect and writer Andrea Branzi, art and design critic Alex Coles, design expert at DGCA Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication in France Christine Colin, film director, visual artist and writer Valérie Mréjen, design critic Alice Rawthorn as well as art critic and curator Eric Troncy. A foreword was signed by director of the Centre Pompidou Alain Seban. All the images of this book were produced and directed by our studio, supported by photographer Paul Tahon and graphic designers Eric and Marie.
Bivouac is coming to an end on July 31st at the Centre Pompidou-Metz and will be hosted at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago from October 18, 2012 to January 20, 2013.
