Sam was educated at the university of Cambridge and the university of East London where he was one of two students selected to represent the school in Building Design’s annual review. He studied for his professional qualification at London South Bank and qualified as an Architect in 2004. He has been working on his own projects since then and set up Sam Tisdall Architects in 2008.
He has worked for various practices including Matthew Lloyd Architects where he cut his teeth as project Architect
