What are soot suppressors?

Our soot suppressors allow you to treat volumes of air from wood-fired ovens for cooking pizzas, bread and other foodstuffs.
Our soot eliminators are used for the abatement of carbonaceous particles (soot) and of unburnt materials present in the fumes emitted by industrial kitchens, etc ... with excellent efficiency, as documented by tests carried out by certified laboratories, obtaining the full and absolute compliance with the strictest regulations in force in Italy and Europe.

FEATURES :
Foods generate quantities of smelly fumes and vapors, which they must
be killed immediately in order to guarantee conditions of
optimal well-being and hygiene, for
kitchen workers, and customers inside the restaurant.
Sometimes, the problem arises of having to break down the aspirated aeriform (both
olfactory than macroscopic of fatty substances in suspension) before
to be able to expel it into the atmosphere.
In these cases, the only solution is the installation of a filtration unit
and combined deodorization of washing together with other technologies
filtration.
The SMOKEOFF filtration and deodorization treatment plant of
our production, has been designed to solve different types of
problems:
A: problem of aspiration of fumes or air
spoiled and polluted resulting from processes
cooking, where there is no possibility of making flues of
expulsion for evacuation
outside the stale air (it is the competent ASL to grant or
minus the permission to install the machine without the help of the flue)
B: rooms equipped with a flue that they need
odor fumes purification treatments,
fats and soot due to complaints, for example in
situations in which
