Robin has worked on a variety of projects including award winning buildings as Phoenix Heights and a new build private home in Richmond and has developed a particular interest in historic buildings He has developed an expertise in the design of new contemporary sustainable buildings within historical and protected environments. He also maintains an expertise in urban design and master planning

His contemporary house design in Richmond was featured on BBC1 London Tonight where it was praised by presenter Max Hutchinson as 'one of the best contemporary houses in Britain today'. It was runner up for the RIBA Manser Prize 2004 "Best Home in Britain"
The 200 homes Phoenix Heights project at Mastmaker Rd London E14 Isle of Dogs won "Best New Development - Affordable Homes" - Evening Standard Award and RIAI Award with Ballymore Group in 2010

Robin Mallalieu gained wide experience in London for 30 years.
