Baretti

Un matrimonio felice tra passato e presente è quello a cui si è invitati a partecipare

entrando nella ristorante pizzeria birreria “Bottega Baretti”. La storicità e la naturalezza del

mattone a vista trattato ben si sposano con i richiami alle cornici dell’Ottocento, il tutto

impreziosito da un’illuminazione supermoderna e tecnologicamente attuale fatta di led e

faretti a cannoncino. Inoltre, il palchetto grezzo, il cemento elicotterato e gli infissi con i

relativi scuri originali sono accostati a una elegante e nuova boiserie che ricorda le

botteghe dei birrai dell’Ottocento dove la birra è nata.

Tra pilastri a “righe” chiuse da cornici che aumentano il richiamo storico all’Ottocento, le

varie stanze sono rese uniche dall’illuminazione, studiata per creare un’atmosfera e una

tridimensionalità dei mattoni davvero speciali e accattivanti per i clienti che le trovano

perfette per ogni occasione.

Situato in zona San Salvario, la Bottega Baretti è stato sin da subito designato come

locale di tendenza della zona. L’idea iniziale è stata quella di progettare una location

fortemente segnata dal contesto in cui nasce e, in particolare, da un quartiere che negli

ultimi anni ha subito notevoli trasformazioni.

Del vecchio laboratorio di produzione rimangono il pavimento in doghe all’entrata, gli ampi

serramenti in legno, la muratura e la volta di mattoni a vista perfettamente conservate.

L’attenzione è rivolta al contrasto tra la muratura in mattoni grezzi e l’elegante boiserie in

legno scuro che creano un gioco di luci e forme, in armonia con i pilastri intonacati in

bugnato, rivestimento dei principali palazzi del quartiere. Il locale dei servizi, sempre in

bugnato, invade la sala quasi a voler sottolineare la sua presenza.

Le linee nette e sobrie degli arredi e il pavimento in battuto di cemento si scontrano con i

colori caldi del mattone bronzo rendendo l’atmosfera familiare.

I banconi di stile ‘800 in legno e ferro sono studiati nei minimi particolari, a partire dalle

decorazioni delle cornici retro-illuminate con led sino al battitacco.

Nella sala retrostante, il soffitto con cornici eleganti, riprese dagli antichi stilemi decorativi,

risvolta sulla parete e crea un effetto di totalità dello spazio. Quest’ultimo si pone

fortemente in contrasto con il severissimo volume antistante in cartongesso, attaccato a

soffitto, nero e rigoroso.

Protagoniste della scena sono i diversi tipi di illuminazione che, partendo dai led per

passare ad apparecchi eleganti e arrivare ai fari a sospensione industriali, giocano

armonicamente tra di loro rendendo l’atmosfera piacevole e sempre diversa.

its dark originals are combined in a new and elegant wood paneling reminiscent of the

workshops Brewers nineteenth century where the beer is born.

Between pillars "lines" closed by frames that increase the historical reference to the nineteenth century, the

various rooms are made ​​unique by the lighting, designed to create an atmosphere and a

three-dimensionality of the bricks very special and attractive for customers that are

perfect for any occasion.

Located in the San Salvario, the Bottega Baretti was designated from the outset as

trendy restaurant in the area. The initial idea was to design a location

strongly marked by the context in which it arises and, in particular, from a neighborhood in which

recent years has undergone considerable change.

The old workshop production remain in the floor boards at the entrance, the large

wooden doors and windows, masonry and brick vault to view perfectly preserved.

The focus is on the contrast between the rough brick walls and elegant wainscoting

dark wood that create a play of light and form, in harmony with the pillars plastered in

ashlar cladding of the main buildings of the district. The local services, always in

ashlar, invades the room as if to emphasize its presence.

The clean lines and simple furniture and the floor in concrete collide with the

warm colors of brick making bronze family atmosphere.

The counters' 800 style in wood and iron have been studied in detail, starting with the

decorations of frames back-lit with LED until the sill.

In the back room, the ceiling with stylish frames, taken from the ancient decorative styles,

turn-up on the wall and creates an effect of totality of space. The latter arises

in stark contrast with the strict volume in front of drywall, attached to

ceiling, black and rigorous.

The protagonists of the scene are the different types of lighting that builds on the LED for
