Lath and plastered interior/ exterior walls, no paint, all natural pigments and fibers into plasters, custom hot forged solid wrought iron, bronze and cooper fixtures. Hand made custom tiles and materials imported from Mexico and Spain. A true craftsman home. Terra-cotta, Walnut flooring with intricate patterns, antique volcanic stone floorings, reproduced antique cabochon tiles. Hand blown glass/cooper pattern windows surrounded with solid gothic window stone frames. Spanish Colonial frescoes are gracefully hand painted with subtle earth tone pigments to add dimension and color to the beautiful home.
