Design of an exclusive Tennis venue for learning and skills improvement in Venezuela, with multi-sports proposals including Golf, Soccer and Baseball fields. A sport complex with high tech and sustainable architecture such as solar panels, green grid roofs and water treatment plants; made of reinforced concrete, structural steel buildings and wire mesh glass with LED lighting. The interior was designed regarding large spaces reflecting breadth and simplicity. A sport academy with training areas, tennis courts, a stadium, classrooms, a cinema, entertainment zones and a gym; A second Residential building with more than 20 rooms for immigrant students. Deep study in Services areas (sanitary, electrical, mechanical and gas proposals). Urban plan included.
