The project creates a space that, on one side, dialogues with the compact city and, on the other one, with the developing green space around, producing a potentially interesting place as regards its spatial and social centrality.
The design concept consists of a building assigned to residences, offices and commercial activity. The building consists of a frontage facing North, continuous both in a formal and in a material way, which is aligned to the road axis profile surrounding the site, and a frontage facing South, on the inside space, characterized by a more dynamic language facade.
