Main objectives of the project are: - to fit a building into a lot (difficult of geometry) organically, - to separate the parts of the building (different in function) from each other as much as possible, - to make compact horizontal and vertical communications, - to consolidate floors of a building different in the area in uniform volume First two floors of a building (maximum of the area) are solved in the form of a podium, other elevated floors form uniform volume. This volume grows out of "transition" of the plan of the hexagonal form (the area - 900 sq.m.) in the plan of the triangular form (the area - 600 sq.m.) All vertical communications are located in the centre of the building. Lifts with a stairway of offices are partitioned from a stairway with the lift of apartments. Loading of a warehouse and entrance of garage are located from a yard side. Entrances of the shops, offices and apartments are separated from each other and carried out from Vali Asr avenue and Salmak street. Underground floors, where the 4-storeyed parking area is located, are solved (for economy of space) in the form of a helicoid approach ramp with a downgrade of 5 %. The technical floor is located over apartments. The building roof is maintained by its tenants for their purposes. Synergetic fasades are used on a south side of the building. The glass facades of a building personify company Benetton openness, and the usage of different colour tinted glasses is demonstrated many-sided nature of the company.
