Having furnished oneself with a credit card, a mobile phone, Internet, a car, a human being has become independent of distances, post, telegraph, banks and even job place. Only the view out of the own window remains the same. And what must those people do who by inner request or by business necessity have to change the landscape outside the window quite often? One will either have to drag a wheeled house or to nestle in a tent. But one wants to take to the trip minimum things and to live with maximum comfort. This transformer house, the volume of which increases 5 times after it has been assembled, can be a solution of this dilemma. The house consists of 2 basic elements: a platform and a block of wall panels, designed by the principle of “Matreshka”, i.e. when gathered together the smallest wall panel is located inside the largest one. Totally there are 5 to 10 panels in the block, which can slide out towards one or both sides. The block can be manufactured in 2 versions: empty or with in-built equipment and furniture, i.e. in composition of the module of 1 or 2 block respectively. Wall panels consist of a metal frame filled with glass packets or dead inserts, the panels can have an arched or a trapezoid shape. Thanks to the telescopic supports the platform of the module can be installed on any surface. Modules can be grouped together, and as a result we can have either a small hotel, or a research station, or a builder’s hut. P.S. It seems to me that it would be a wonderful Moon station!
