ALVEARE: Textile design applied to Et Voilà system, presented to “Salone del Mobile” 2013. Produced by Lago S.p.a. The hexagon is the basic form for the general geometry, and the result is a module consisting of these hexagonal cells repeated, where “full” and “empty” interwine, creating a complex structured texture, conceived on several levels: background, general design, fillings. The proposal consists of a plot that, although repeatable and seamless, changes at every step of the module thanks to the inclusion of “empty” segments which literally break the geometry of departure .
