This is the renovation of an apartment located in a building built in the 70s. The project takes into account the needs of a family of five. The living area has been completely open so that everyone could be together. The kitchen is enclosed within a glass cube. The kitchen has been designed by the architect. The sleeping area is articulated through a long corridor interrupted by a cube made ​​of wood that contains a wardrobe designed by the architect. Are retained but the location of the bathrooms is given greater equlibrio in environments where the sleeping area are obtained four bedrooms: one for the parents and the other for children. There are many elements made of wood and designed like the stool in the kitchen, the library colored and shelves in kids' rooms and the library of the study. Even the planters of the terrace and the structure to create privacy have been made to design. The plants were chosen so as to adapt to the Mediterranean climate and the marine environment. The project has improved in indoor comfort through the installation of a coat of cork from 4 cm and new wooden windows that prevent heat losses.
