In this wonderful old building built in 1905 client decided to build a spacious space for the receptions, parties and the home gallery, adjacent to his apartment. The surviving fragments of the historical decor have been carefully restored. New designed elements were built in the rotated 7 degrees grid coordinates, allowing visually separate the new from the old, without destroying the holistic perception. Almost all the furniture was designed and made specifically for this apartment.
