Shuimunianhua is a housing development in Yubei Dist. There're 13 towers in the project and it's total floor area is over 200,000 square meters. For some of the towers, we've tried to fit the typical local housing units into regular framework structure, to make sure the podiums are easy to plan, while keeping the flats' floor area in an affordable range.
